Bend Endurance Academy: A continued drive forward with BEA building awareness, event relationships and new partnerships

Bend Endurance Academy has been a close organization for over 10 years. We were excited to step in and help provide consultation and execute some changes over a short term contract.

We started with re-organizing their website to enhance the BEA mission statement and put front and center who they are, their goals and importance of youth sports. Then we jumped into ensuring to keep a few events going before allowing them to fall off the plate after a few COVID years.... during this time we also re-established partnership relationships and worked on building a few new 'family' partners along the way. Capturing new images, sharing and re-sharing videos that matched our continued philosophy growing the knowledge and sharing the importance of youth growth through sport and engaging our community all became a few day to day projects we were involved in.

Success Points:

• Building brand and mission awareness - through website re-organization, in-person meet-ups talking to perspective partners and community media, managing and continuing successful events.

• Event management Reel Rock Film with local partners

• Event management Bend Bike Swap creating new partnerships and creating community conversations to ensure communication and local involvement to start enhancing this event in the future.
